The bill entitled an Act to prohibit the coollectrs of city
and county taxes from applying money collected by them
for city and county purposes to the payment of State taxes.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Ways and Means.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to prevent incompetent persons
from conducting the business of druggist or apothecary in
the city of Baltimore.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
city delegation.

Mr. Hall moved that the House do now adjourn until to-
morrow morning at 11 o'clock.

Decided in the negative.
