1837.—CHAPTER 245.

AN ACT to regulate the Inspection of Tobacco in Prince George's County.
SECTION I. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all the warehouses for the inspection of tobacco, now erected,
or that may hereafter be erected in Prince George's county, shall
be, and they are hereby declared to be state warehouses, and it shall
be the duty of the governor, by and with the advice and consent of
the senate, to nominate and appoint all inspectors of tobacco in said
