SOMERSET COUNTY.
 

hereby authorized and required to appoint three commissioners
for each election district in Somerset county, whose duty it
shall be, or a majority of them, to assemble in the respective
election districts of said county, at such place as they may
think proper to appoint, at as early day as may be practicable,
