PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.
 

has been sold as aforesaid, and cut down and carry away the
quantity of timber purchased by him or them as aforesaid ;

Proviso.

Provided always, that the person or persons purchasing any
timber as aforesaid, shall give to the collector selling the same,
ten days notice of the time of his, her or their intending tc
carry off the quantity of timber purchased of the said collec-
tor, and it shall be the duty of the said collector or his deputy,
to attend at the time appointed, and to demand from the said
purchaser or purchasers, a receipt for the amount of timber so
purchased, cut and carried off under the authority of this act.

COUNTY COURT.
AN ACT to change the terms of Prince George's County Court.— 1830,
ch. 35.

Terms
changed,
&c.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the April term of Prince George's county
court, next succeeding the passage of this act, the terms of said
court shall commence on the following days, set : on the second
Monday in October and the first Monday in April, in each and
every year, instead of the days now prescribed by law, and
all writs original, mesne or judicial, and other process of said
court, shall be returnable in conformity with the provisions of
this act.

Causes
continued.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That nothing in this act con-
tained shall operate as a discontinuance of any cause in said
court pending after the next April term thereof, but all such
cases shall be continued over until the next succeeding term
created by this act.

Repeal.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all laws inconsistent with the
provisions of this act, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
