as a rebel to our lord the king, and contemner
of our laws, you attach, or cause to be attached,
so that you have, or cause him to be
had before our said judge in our said prerogative
court, to be held at the city of Annapolis, the
second Tuesday of                next, to answer
unto us, as well touching the said contempt, as
to such other matters as shall be then and there
objected against him, and further to perform
and abide such order as our said court shall
make in this behalf; hereof you are not to
fail:  we also firmly command all and singular
our sheriffs, mayors, bailiffs, constables, and
other our officers, ministers and others whatsoever,
as well within liberties as without, by
virtue of these presents, that they by all proper
means diligently aid and assist you, and every
of you, in all things in the execution of the
