greeting--We command you, that you
attach the body of C. D. wheresoever he shall
be found within this province, and him safe
keep, so that you have his body before our
commissary general and judge for probate of
wills &c. at our prerogative court, to be held
at Annapolis, the second Tuesday of
next, to answer unto us, as well touching a
certain contempt by him against us committed,
as to such other matters, as shall then and there
be laid to his charge: hereof fail not, and have
you them and there this precept. Witness &c.
