To A. B. Y. and Z. of C. county, greeting
--Whereas D. E. was by public proclamation,
by our sheriff of F. county, in divers places of
the same county, by virtue of our writ to the
same sheriff directed, on our behalf commanded,
that the same D. E. under pain of his allegiance
to his most sacred majesty, and fealty to
us, should personally appear before our commissary
general or judge for probate of wills &c.
in our prerogative court, at a certain day already
past, yet nevertheless hath manifestly refused
to obey our command in that behalf,
therefore we command you jointly and severally,
that the aforesaid D. E. wheresoever he
shall be found within this province of Maryland, |
