An ATTACHMENT with PROCLAMATION.

To the sheriff of A. B. county, greeting--
We command you, that in all and singular the
places within your bailiwick, as well within liberties
as without, where you shall find most
expedient, you cause public proclamation to be
made in our name, that C. D. under pain of
his allegiance to our sovereign lord the king,
and fealty to us, be and appear personally
before our commissary general and judge for
probate of wills &c. in our prerogative court
to be held at the city of Annapolis, the second
Tuesday of
next, and nevertheless
if in the mean time you can find the said C. D.
you attach him, so that you have him before our
said judge upon the day aforesaid, to answer
unto us, as well of a certain contempt against
us by him committed, as to such other matters
and things, as shall then and there be laid to
his charge, and further to perform and abide |
