said
on account of the said deceased, or his estate;
and if, after the contest aforesaid, new letters
of administration shall be ordered to be granted,
the said
being thereto required, do render, and deliver
the said letters pendente lite, in the said court,
then this obligation to be void, and of none
effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.
