The Condition of the above obligation is
such, that if the within bounden
administrator pendente
lite, or all and singular the goods, chattels and
credits of
late of
county, deceased, do make
or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory
of all and singular the goods, chattels and
credits of the said deceased, which have or shall
come to the hands, possession or knowledge of
him the said
or into the hands or possession of any
other person or persons for him, and the same
so made do exhibit into the office for probate of
wills &c. at Annapolis, with all convenient
speed, and also do render unto the judge for
probate of wills &c. for the time being, a true
and just account of his proceeding therein,
within twelve months from the date hereof, and
do at all times hereafter indemnify and save
harmless his said lordship, his judges, and all
other his officers and ministers from all persons
having or pretending to have any right, title,
or interest to the said goods and chattels, and
do also pay all such reasonable charges and
fees as have arisen or shall arise or become due
to any his lordship's officers and others, from the |
