for the same, and as, it is likewise said,
the said
hat a personal estate within this province.
consisting of sundry goods, chattels, debts and
credits, which if speedy care be not taken for
the security thereof, may be wholly lost, to the
end therefore the same may be preserved and secured
to the use and behoof of the said
                                            his legal representatives,
or others, who have a legal right
and interest therein, we do hereby request, authorise
and depute you the said
                            whether it be goods or chattels,
debts or credits, wheresoever the same are
within this province, and to make or cause to
be made, a true and perfect inventory thereof,
to be by you exhibited into the office for probate
of wills &c. at Annapolis with all convenient 
speed, together with you reasonable account
of this your collection.
