Members: Director of the Dept. of Budget and Procurement. Comptroller.
Treasurer. Superintendent of Police-—All ex officio; a member
of Department of Maryland State Police appointed by Board of
Public Works.

Term: Members appointed by Board of Public Works hold a 4-year term.
Removal: No statutory provision.

Employee: Secretary is appointed by Board of Trustees and need not be a
member of the Board. Md, Code Ann., art. 88B, § 54(9).

Function: Administers Police Retirement System.
