pointed by governor from general public.

Term: 3 members hold 6-year terms.

Removal: Membership on board is automatically terminated if members
from general public become an officer or employee of State.

Employee: Chairman designates a regular employee of office to be a sec-

Function: Considers materials developed by the Commission of Per-
sonnel and prepares and recommends to the governor a pay
