On motion by Mr. Bowie, Said nomination was referred to the Committee on Execti Mr, Bowie from the Committee on Executive nominations reported favorably upon the nomination of Peter W. Crain as an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeal of Maryland. The Senate advised and consented to the said nomination Mr. Bowie, from the Committee on Executive nomination reported favorably upon the nomination of John Bosley, of William, of Baltimore county, as Weighmaster of Live Stool in Baltimore city, vice Charles Whittemore.
