Mr. Ohr, submitted the following amendment:

Amend sub-section 4th, line 6, after the words "and to
vaccinate," insert "or cause to be vaccinated," before "such;"
Which was read and adopted.
Mr. Jump, submitted the following amendment:
Strike out "sub-section 4."

Mr. Vickers, submitted the following amendment to the
amendment:

In the 4th sub-section, section 10, strike out the word
"twelve," and insert the word "seven;"

Which was read and adopted.

The qestion then recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ment submitted by Mr. Jump, it was
