The President then announced the order of the day, being
the bill entitled, an Act to provide for the running of the
Baltimore City Passenger Railway cars on Sunday, supple-
mentary to an Act to incorporate the Baltimore City Passen-
ger Railway Company, passed February 13, 1862, chapter 71.

Mr. Vickers moved to lay the bill on the table.
