AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. •

Amend section 4, by adding at the end thereof the words
"Provided that nothing therein contained shall conflict with
the laws of the United State or of the State of Maryland ;"

Amend section 5, by striking out "five hundred" in line 1
and 2, and inserting "fifty."
Which were read and adopted.

tled, an Act to incorporate the Southern Maryland Railroad
Company.
