The Senate took up for consideration the unfavorable re-
port of the Committee on the bill entitled, an Act to provide
for the running of the Baltimore City Passenger Railway
Cars on Sunday, supplementary to an Act to incorporate the
Baltimore City Passenger Railway Company, passed Feb-
ruary 13, 1862, chapter 17 ;

Mr. Tome moved that said bill be made the order of the
day for to-morrow, at 11 o'clock ;
