Mr. Henkle moved that the Senate take up for consideration
the bill entitled, an Act to provide for taking the sense of the
people of the State on a call of a convention to frame a new
Constitution and form of government, and for assembling the
members thereof.

Mr. Tome moved that the Senate adjourn,
