1835, chapter 246, entitled, an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more Peach Bottom Rail Road Company, by the appoint-
ment of Commissioners in the place of those who have died;

Amend section 2, by adding at the end thereof, the follow-
ing, viz: ."And the General Assembly reserves the right to
amend, modify or repeal this amendatory Act, and the Act
to which this Act is amendatory, at pleasure;

Revenue and Taxes;
