GENTLEMEN :—We have received from your honorable body
Senate bill entitled,"An Act for the protection of the public
against medical impostors, and for the suppression of the
crime of unlawful abortion," with amendments, and conour
in first of said amendments and non-concur in the second,
and we respectfully ask your honorable body to recede there-
from.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of
Delegates.
Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal sec-
tions 37, 38, 39 and 40 of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "License," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments;
Reported it without amendment.
The bill was then read the second time.
Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal sec-
tions two and three of article thirty-six, of the Pnblic Gene-
ral Laws entitled, estrays and vessels adrift, and re-enact
the same with amendments;

to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal sec-
tion 65, of article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Somerset county, relating to Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables, and to amend and re-enact the same;

to whieh was referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal the
. 29th section of article the 5th, of the Code of Public Laws
relating to appeals and to re-enact the same with an amend-
