The question recurred upon the adoption of the motion
submitted by Mr. Tome, and it was

Determined in the affirmative.

The Clerk of the House.of Delegates returned the bill enti-
tled, an Act to amend the charter of the Philadelphia and
Baltimore Central Railrpad Company;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays with the proposed
amendments."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 5. Be it enacted, That the Legislature reserves to
itself the right to alter, amend or repeal this section at its
pleasure;"

Which was read and adopted.

Corpus, and to re-enact the Same with amendment;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

And delivered the following bills:

A bill entitled, an Act to add additional sections to the 4th
Article of Public Local Laws, relating to drawing jurors in
the city of Baltimore;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Aet to repeal an Act entitled, an Act to
regulate the issuing of licenses for the sale of spirituous or
fermented liquors within the Borough of North East, in Cecil
county, passed at January session, 1864, and to re-enact the
game with amendments;
