Ordered, That a committee of five, to be appointed with
authority, to send for persons and papers, to investigate and
report to this House how the amendments were made to the
bill entitled, an Act in relation to the election of Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore.

Mr. Vickers submitted the following amendment;

Provided said committee report to-morrow, at 12 M.

Which was read and adopted.

The question on the adoption of the order as amended, was
