Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corp orations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Ma-
rine Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore ;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Potomac Fire
Insurance Company of Baltimore ;

Reported it with the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out section 11.
The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corportions, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Trust
Company of Maryland ;

Reported it with the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

To come in at the end of the first section, "not contrary to
the laws of this State or of the United States."

The bill was then read the second time:

Mr. Bowie from the Committee on Labor and Immigration,
submitted the following report:

Mr. Bowie, from the Committee on Federal Relations, to
which was referred the resolutions relating to the Powers and
Policy of the Federal Government, submitted the following
amendments :

In line 11, first page, strike out the word "erase," and in-
sert the word "efface.''

Sixth resolution, strike out ''weakness and perpetual
childhood," and insert "condition."

Which were read and adopted,
The resolutions were then read the second time.

Was read the third time by special order, three-fourths
concurring, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
