Amend section 5, by striking out "five hundred" in line 1
and 2, and inserting "fifty;"

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Bal-
timore Dry Doek and Warehouse Company;

Reported it with the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

To come in at the end of section 4, "provided said by-law
do not conflict with the laws of this State, or of the United
States;"

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the
People's Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore ;

Reported it without amendment,

of Bloomington, in Allegany county ;

ecation," to the word "the," in line 19.
