The Senate accordingly adjourned until to-morrow morn-
ing at 11 o'clock.

SATURDAY, January 19th, 1867.

Mr. Frazier presented the petition of William J. Bowdle
and forty others, praying the passage of an Act to incorpo-
rate the Village of Church Creek, in Dorchester county, Ma-
ryland ;

Which was read, and

Referred to the Committee on Corporations.

Mr. Jump presented the memorial of citizens of Caroline
county, relating to the appropriation made to the Mispillion
and Choptank Rail Road Company;

Which was read, and

Referred to the Committee on Internal Improvements.
On motion of Mr. Ohr,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to re-
port a bill to incorporate the North Branch Lumber and Boom
Company.

On motion of Mr. Vickers,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill to authorize the Trustees of the Parson-
age of the Methodist Protestant Church in Chester Town, to
sell and convey to John Greenwood, part of the Parsonage
lot in said town.

On motion of Mr. Vickers.
