A bill entitled, an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County, to subscribe for the capital
stock of the Curtis Creek Bridge Company;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Ac£ to repeal the Act passed January
session, 1865, chapter 114, entitled, an Act to repeal the 10th
section of Article 11, of the Code of Public General Laws, re-
lating to the oath of Attorney's and other practitioners of
law, and to enact a substitute therefor, and to repeal the 10th
section, of the 11th Article of the Code of Public General
Laws, title, Attorney's at Law and Attorney's in fact, sub-
title, Attorney's at Law, and to enact a section in lieu of the
said 10th section;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Chester Bridge
Company, to pay over certain dividends on the stock of W.
B. Crane, deceased;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize and direct the County
Commissioners of Somerset county, to levy a sum of money to
build a bridge over the eastern branch of the Wicomico river
at Salisbury;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to protect Churches and Church pro-
perty and parsonages, and to punish trespasses on the same;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays, with the proposed
amendments;"

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 2, after the word "person," insert "unlawfully and
maliciously."

Sec. 1, 4th line, after the word "trees," insert "tomb
stones;"
