Commissioners of Allegany county to levy for the clerk of the
Circuit Court of Allegany county, a certain sum of money;

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize and empower the Coun-
ty Commisssioners of Kent county, to subscribe in behalf of
said county to the capital stock of the Kent county Rail Road
Company, to issue bonds for the same and to provide for their
redemption;

A bill entitled, an Act to amend the charter of the Kent
county Rail Road Company, passed January session 1856,
chapter 148, entitled, an Act to incorporate Kent county
Rail Road Company, to secure the completion of the said
road by the issuing of additional bonds of the company, and
to provide for the payment of the State subscription for stock
in said company, and to waive the State lien;
