reported favorably the bill entited, an Act granting the as-
sent of the Legislature to a legacy bequeated by codicil to the
last will and testament of Charlotte E Graham, late of Ce-
cil county, deceased, to the Trustees of Zion Church, at Cecil-
ton, in said county ;
