tral Maryland Railroad Company;

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more Warehouse Company;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to revive and extend an
Act to incorporate the Worcester Railroad Company, passed
at the January session, 1853, with amendments;

Reported it with the following amendment:

Amend by inserting as additional corporators, the names of
"Mathias N. Lindsey, William H. Rowley, Samuel K. Den-
nis, Levin J. Feddeman, William J. S. Clark and William
A. Rowley;"

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported favor-
ably House resolutions relative to payment of bounties to non-
residents;

The resolutions were then read the second time.

Mr. Henkle, from the Committee on Internal Improvements,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to amend the
Act of 1860, chapter 303, entitled an Act to carry into effect
the 8th section of the Act entitled, an Act for the promotion
of Internal Improvements, passed at the December session,
1835, chapter 395, by applying the unappropriated part of
the appropriation made by said Act for the purpose of Inter-
nal Improvements in Worcester county to the construction of
the Worcester Rail road, and the Wicomico and Pocomoke
Railroad.

Reported it with the following amendment:

Amend by inserting in line 6, sec. 1, after the word "dol-
lars," Provided, that said thirty-five thousand dollars shall
be expended pro rata on each mile of said road, between the
town of Berlin and the Virginia State line.

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported a bill entitled, an Act to repeal the fourth section of
the act of January session, 1860, chapter 303, entitled an Act
to carry into effect the eighth section of the Act entitled, an
Act for the promotion of Internal Improvements, passed at
December session, 1835, chapter 395;

Which was read the first time.
