tional section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
of the city of Baltimore, relating to the sale of Real Estate for
taxes and the effect of conveyances to the purchaser;

payment of the Officers of Registration of the State, their offi-
ces and expenses ;

Re-committed to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
Mr. Kimmell from the Baltimore city Senators reported
with an amendment, the bill entitled an Act, to repeal and
re-enact an Act, passed January Session, 1866, chapter 1,
entitled an Act, authorizing the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, to build a new City Hall;
The amendment was adopted,
The bill was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Kimmell fromt he Baltimore city Senators, reported
with amendments, the bill entitled an Act, to repeal the 4th,
7th, 15th, 16th and 20th sections of the 4th Article of the
Public Local Laws of the city of Baltimore, relating to the
qualification of electors in said city, and regulating the time
for holding elections for Mayor and Members of the City
Council, and the terms of, and the times for entering upon
the duties of said office, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments;
