Public Local Laws entitled, city of Baltimore authorizing the
erection of additional Hay Scales in said city;

Reported it without amendment.

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to revise and amend the
Act of incorporation of Mechanicstown, in Frederick county,
Maryland, passed December session 1831, chapter 111 with
the several supplements thereto;

Reported it without amendment.
The bill was then read a second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the town
of Berlin, in Worcester county;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, reported
a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Southern Maryland
Rail Road Company;

Which was read the first time.
Mr. Henkle submitted the following message:

GENTLEMEN :

We have received your message proposing to go into an
election of United States Senator, at 12 o'clock, to-day and
concur therein.

gates.

Mr. Waters, from the Committee on Militia, to which was
referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal article 63, Code of
Public General Laws relating to Militia, and sections 652 to
770, both inclusive of article 4, Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to militia in the city of Baltimore and to re-enact
said article 63 with amendments;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read a second time.
