The bill entitled, an Act to repeal the 232d section of ar-
ticle 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore city,
entitled fines and forfeitures, and to re-enact the same with
amendments;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section two of an Act
passed March 24th, 1865, chapter 199, entitled an Act to au-
thorize Southey F. Miles, of Somerset county to erect gates
on the county road in said county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
