Charles county to refund to the heirs of W. H. Williams,
taxes paid in error;

porating the Maryland Institute for the promotion of the Me-
chanic Arts, passed December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-nine, so as to allow said Institute to hold annual, bi-an-
nual, or tri-annual exhibitions or fairs for articles of Ameri-
can manufacture;

article of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Corpo
