The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Still Pond and
Sassafrass Wharf Company, at Crews Landing in Kent coun-
ty, on Sassafrass River,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Young,

The Senate was called.

On motion by Mr. Stephenson,

Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
On motion by Mr. Stephenson, it was

Ordered, That when the Senate adjourns it stands adjourn-
ed to 11 o'clock to-morrow.

County Commissioners of Kent connty, to subscribe in behalf
of said county to the capital stock of the Kent county Rail-
road company, and to issue bonds for the same, and to provide
for their redemption,
