No. 380. An act to appropriate a sum of money for the
benefit of the Union Orphan Asylum of Baltimore city.
No. 381. An act to add an additional section under the
head of Hay and Straw, to article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled, city of Baltimore, authorizing the erec-
tion of additional hay scales in the said city, and the purchase
of a site therefor, and the appointment of an additional inspector
hay and straw.
No. 382. An act to amend the charter of the Baltimore
Chrome Mining and Manufacturing Company by empower-
ing the said Company to increase its capital stock or to make
calls or assessments upon the present capital stock.
No. 383. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pur-
chase copies of a Digest of the decisions construing the statutes
of Maryland, of which the Code of Public General Laws is
composed, with references to the acts of Assembly by Lewis
Mayer, and to regulate the distribution of the same.
No. 384. An act to authorize the payment of bounty to
Wm. Weeker or his order.
No. 385. An act to provide fur the payment of pensions to
Maryland soldiers and widows of deceased soldiers of 1812.
No. 386. An act to add additional sections to act 30, of the
Code of General Laws in relation to embezzlement and frauds.
No. 387. An act to amend an act extitled, an act to autho-
rize the purchase or condemnation of certain lands in the city
of Annapolis, and in Anne Arundel county, for the public
use of the United States, as part of the Naval Academy, and
to cede to the United States concurrent jurisdiction over such
lands, and to exempt the same from taxation, passed at the
Session of the General Assembly.
No. 388. An act to add a section to article 75, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled, pleadings, practice and
process, to enable parties to plead over without withdrawing
their demurrers.
No. 389. An act to incorporate the Baltimore United
States Hotel proprietors brewing and malting Company.
No. 390. An act supplementary to an act passed February
6th, 1866, chapter 144, entitled, an act to repeal the first sec-
tion of the act of 1865. chapter 87, and to amend and re-enact
sections 52, 59 and 60 of the second article of the Code of
