Public Laws of Anne Arundel county, relating to the sale of
spirituous liquors to minors in the city of Annapolis, and
within five miles thereof, and to re-enact with amendments,
section 55.

No. 391. An act to add new sections to chapter 151, of the
acts of 1862, entitled, an act to incorporate the President
and Commissioners of the village of Rising San, Cecil county.

No. 392. An act to incorporate the Franklin Fire Insu-
rance Company.

No. 393. An act to repeal an act, entitled, an act to autho-
rize Mrs. Maagaret Sherwood, wife of Hugh Sherwood, of
Talbot county, to close a public road leading through her
lands in said county, passed at the January Session of the
General Assembly, 1864, chapter 323.

No. 394. An act to repeal sections 91, 92, 93,94, 95, of
article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil county,
relating to fences.

No. 395. An act to pay William Price a sum of money for
legal services rendered the State, by direction of the Governor,
and also to pay Daniel R. Magruder a sum of money for his
expenses paid in obtaining the position of Circuit Judge of
the Second Judicial Circuit.

No. 397. An act to incorporate the Towsontown Savings
Institution.

ing Company of Wetherdville.

No. 400. An act to incorporate the Miners and Mechanics
Co-operation Store of Franklin Mines, in Allegany county.

No. 401. An act to establish another Court for the city of
Baltimore., as provided by the 41st section of the 4th article
of the Constitution.

No. 402. An act to enlarge and confirm the powers and
authority of St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the city
of Baltimore, incorporated under the general provisions of
the 26th article of the Code.
