No. 142. An act to revise and amend an act entitled, an
act to incorporated the Queen Anne's and Kent county Rail-
road Company, passed on the eighth day of March, 1856.
No. 143. An act to repeal the act of 1860, chapter 359,
which incorporates the Baltimore and Little Gunpowder Falls
Turnpike Company, and to incorporate in the stead thereof,
the Baltimore and Jerusalem Turnpike Company.
No. 144. An act to repeal the first section of article forty-
three of the Code of Public General Laws, title, habeas cor-
pus, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 145. An act to authorize the County Commissioners
for Anne Arundel county to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Curtis' creek bridge company.
No. 146. An act to incorporate the Elkton and Delaware
Junction Railroad Company.
No. 147. An act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance
Company of Somerset and Worcester counties.
No. 148. An act for the re-payment out of the storage and
outage on tobacco of moneys heretofore demanded and re-
ceived by the inspectors of tobacco in violation of the acts of
1864, chapter 346, and 1865, chapter 194.
No. 149. An act to procure suitable frames to contain the
address of General George Washington, delivered on the oc-
casion of the resignation of his commission as Commander-
in-Chief of the American forces, and the reply thereto of the
Congress of the United States then in session at the city of
Annapolis in December, 1783.
No. 150. An act to amend the charter of the Kent county
Railroad Company, passed January Session, 1856, chapter
148, entitled an act to incorporate the Kent county Railroad
company to secure the completion of the said road by the
issuing of additional bonds of the company, and to provide
for the payment of the State subscription for stock in said
company and to waive the State lien.
No. 151. An act to incorporate the Academy of Sciences
of the city of Baltimore.
No. 152. An act to appropriate one hundred thousand dol-
lars for the relief of the destitute people, in States wasted by
civil war.
No. 153. An act to repeal chapter 247, passed January
session, 1864, entitled, an act to add an additional section to
article 30 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
crimes and punishments.
