No. 132. An act to incorporate the Equitable Gas Light
Company of Baltimore city.
No. 133. An act to amend the charter of the Cumberland
and Somerset Turnpike Road Company.
No. 134. An act to amend the charter of the Philadelphia
and Baltimore Central Railroad Company.
No. 135. An act to protect churches and church property
and parsonages, and to punish trespassers on the same.
No. 136. An act to incorporate the Maryland Metallic and
Chemical Company of Baltimore city.
No. 137. An act to empower and authorize the County
Commissioners of Kent county to erect an almshouse in said
county, and to provide for the payment of the same.
No. 138. An act requiring and authorizing the Commis-
sioners of Allegany county to levy for the clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court of Allegany county a certain sum of money.
No. 139. An act to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Kent county, to subscribe in behalf of said
county to the capital stock of the Kent county Railroad Com-
pany to issue bonds for the same and to provide for their re-
demption.
No. 140. An act to repeal an act, entitled an act to au-
thorize and empower the Commissioners appointed by the
Circuit Court of Queen Anne's county to divide the real es-
tate of John Hendie, late of said county, deceased, to convey
to the purchaser the legal title to said lands, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
No. 141. An act to repeal an act, passed at the January
session in the year 1867, entitled an act; to repeal the sections
of the fourth article of the Public Local Laws of the city of
Baltimore relative to the qualifications of electors in said
city, and regulating the times for holding elections for Mayor
and the members of the City Council to re-enact the same
with amendments, and also to repeal the two hundred and
thirteenth and two hundred and twenty second sections of the
fourth article of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the city of Baltimore, the time of entering upon the duties of
their offices respectively, and to amend and re-enact said sec-
tion, and to repeal an act, passed January session, 1867, en-
titled an act to repeal section two hundred and twenty-seven
of article four of the Code Public Local Laws relating to
elections in the city of Baltimore and to and to re-enact the
same with amendments and to amend and re-enact said two
hundred and twenty-seven.
