No. 121. An act to incorporate the Maryland Central
Railroad Company.

No. 122. An act to incorporate the Susquehannah Com-
pany in Port Deposit.

No. 123. An act to repeal section four, Chapter three, of
the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter one hun-
dred and sixty, entitled, "School House Sites," and section
one of Chapter one, entitled "Sources of Income," of the
act of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter one hundred
and sixty, entitled an act to add a new Article to the Code of
Public General Laws, to he entitled Public Instruction, pro-
viding a uniform system of Free Public Schools for the State
of Maryland, and to repeal all existing laws inconsistent
therewith, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 124. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
George W. Morgan, David Clark and the heirs of James G.
Alnutt, Tobacco Commissioners.

No. 125. An act to repeal the twenty-seven and twenty-
eight sections of Article eighteen, of the Public Local Laws,
entitled St. Mary's county, subtitle Charlotte Hall.

No. 126. An act to repeal the act passed at January Ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter one hundred
and fourteen, entitled, an act to repeal the tenth Section of
Article eleven, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to the oath of Attorneys and other Practitioner, of Law, and
to enact a substitute therefor, and to repeal the tenth section
of the eleventh Article, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title, attorneys at law, and attorneys in fact, sub-title,
"attorneys-at-law," and to enact a section in lieu of the
said tenth section,

No. 127. An act to amend the twenty-eighth article of the
Code of Public General Laws, title, "Draining Land," by
adding thereto the following sections.

No. 128. An act to incorporate the Maryland State Agri-
cultural and Mechanical Association.

No. 129. An act to repeal sections ninety-four, ninety-five,
and ninety-seven of article nineteen of the Public Local
Laws, title, Somerset county, sub-title, "Oysters," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 130, An act to incorporate the Atlantic Fire and Ma-
rine Insurance Company of Baltimore.

No. 131. An act to incorporate the Resolute Fire Insu-
rance Company of Baltimore city.
