No. 79. An act to release the estate of Joseph Parvis, late
of Caroline county, from liabilities to the State, incurred by
securityship on the bond of Alexander Knott? of Caroline
county.
No. 80. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay R.
A. Clarke and James H. Alvey, tax collectors of St. Mary's
county, for over payments into the Treasury for the years
1864 and 1865.
No. 81. An act to refund to Singleton L. Townsend, of Al-
legany county, Maryland, a certain sum of money errone-
ously paid into the State Treasury.
No. 82. An act to amend an act entitle an act to incorpo-
rate the Safe Deposit Company of Baltimore.
No. 83. An act to incorporate the President and Directors
of the Chesapeake Mutual Insurance Company of Maryland.
No. 84 An act to amend the first section of the act passed
at January session, 1860, chapter 303. entitle an act to carry
into effect the 8th section of the act entitled an act for the
promotion of internal improvements passed at December Ses-
sion eighteen hundred and thirty-five, chapter 395.
No. 85. An act to amend an act passed by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, January Session, 1866, entitled an act
to incorporate the Maryland Land and Emigration Company.
No. 86. An act to repeal sections 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18 and 19, of an act to incorporate the Maryland Life Insur-
ance Company of Baltimore, and to re-enact in lieu thereof
sections 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, as within recited.
No. 87. An act to prohibit swine from running at large
in the second election district of Cecil county.
No. 88. An act lo incorporate the Tyson Mining Company.
No. 89. An act lo authorize the bequest of Catharine Seip,
late of Baltimore city, to the second German Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the city of Baltimore.
No. 90. An act entitled a supplement to an act passed at
January Session 1856, chapter 109, to amend an act entitled
an act to incorporate the Fremont Savings Institution of Bal-
timore, by allowing said Institution the privileges embraced
under the act entitled an act to continue the corporate exis-
tence of the several banking Institutions therein mentioned,
passed at January Session, 1853, chapter 441.
No. 91. An act to continue the charter of the Canton Com-
pany of Baltimore.
