No. 92. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay Dan-
iel R. Magruder Circuit Judge of the second Judicial Circuit,
for arrears of salary due him, and for costs in the Circuit
Court for Anne Arundel county and in the Court of Appeals.

No. 93. An act to extend and continue in force the charter
of the Manchester Savings Institution.

No. 94. An act to repeal sections 5, 6 and 8, of chapter
24, passed at December Session, 1835, entitled an Act to
authorize Wm. Krebs, Richard Linthicum, William Linthi-
cum, to build a bridge over Gwynns' Falls, at or near where
the present bridge stands, known as the Long Bridge, and to
enact substitutes therefor.

No. 95. An act to incorporate the Baltimore Chrome
Works.

No. 96. An act to add additional sections to article eleven
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, rela-
ting to the powers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and
Council of Frederick city, to follow section 147.

No. 97. An act to enable Frostburg Lodge, No. 49, Inde-
pendent order of Odd Fellows to sell and transfer their hall.
No. 98, An act to prevent the selling or pedling of carriages,
hacks, wagons, &c , in Washington county, without license.

No. 99, An act to pay John II. B. Latrobe, William
Schley and John M, Frazier, for legal services.

No. 100 An act to Incorporate the Trustees of the Baptist
Church at Jones Mills in Dorchester county,

No. 101. An act to incorporate the Boonsboro Cementry
Association.

No. 102. An act to appropriate a sum of money for the
purpose of paying the claim of Thomas E. Dell.

No. 103. An act for the extension of the powers of the
Bailiff of the town of Easton in Talbot county.

No. 104. An act, to pay to Isaac C. W. Powell and James
L. Martin, former State's Attorneys for Talbot county, Com-
missions on a certain sum of money collected by them and
paid into the Treasury of this State.

No. 106. An act, to authorize the Pennsylvania Mutual
Horse Thief .Detecting and Insurance Company of York,
Pennsylvania, to transact business in the State of Maryland.
