So. 67. AD act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Kent county, to convey to John Haddaway and others, of
said county, a portion of the landing on Chester' River, in
"Quaker Neck."

No. 68. An act to authorize and direct payment of claims
due the members and officies of the General Assembly of
eighteen hundred and sixty-one.

No. 69. An act to authorize acts of Assembly passed at
the present Session of the General Assembly, to be repealed,
and to make valid such repeals.

No. 70. An act appropriating the sum of sixty-one dollars
and nineteen cents to pay the costs recoverable from the
State by the appellees in the cases of State of Maryland vs.
John Hartley, surviving oblegor of James Twigg and others,
and the State of Maryland vs. Jonathan Hendrickson and
others, said cases being appeals from the Circuit for Allegany
county.

No. 71. An act to appropriate a sum of money to erect a
monument over the remains of Roger B. Taney late Chief
Judge of the Supreme Court of the United States.

No. 72. An act to refund to L. G. Hyatt, a certain sum of
money erroneously paid into the State Treasury.

No. 73. An act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Kent county, to convey to Isaac Parsong and others, of said
county, a portion of Old Crew's Landing, near the mouth of
Sassafras River.

No. 74. An act to repeal section nine of the act of Janu-
ary Session, 1866, Chapter 119, incorporating the Union
Railroad Company of Baltimore, and re-enacting the game
with amendments, and also to add additional sections thereto.

No. 75. An act to incorporate the Travelers Life and Acci-
dent Insurance Company of Baltimore.

No. 76. An Act to incorporate the Maryland and New
York Steam Transportation Company.

No. 77. An act for the incorporation of Olive Branch
Lodge, number one hundred and four, of the Independent
Order of Odd Fellows.

No. 78. An act to repeal an act entitle I an act to incorpo-
rate the Miles River Wharf Company, at Miles River Ferry,
in Talbot county, passed at January Session, 1864, Chapter
