Eastern Branch at Bladensburg, on the turnpike lead-
ing to Washington.. and authorizing them to levy a sum
thereof.

No. 58. An act to repeal the 19th section of the 24th arti-
cle of the Code of Public General Laws, title, "conveyanc-
ing," and to re-enact the same with an amendment.

No. 59. An act to repeal sections 87, 88 and 89 of article
14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent county, title,
"drovers.

No. 60. An act to make valid certain bequests under the
will of Eleanor G.. Scott, late of Baltimore city, deceased.

No. 61. An act for incorporating the Andrew Small Aca-
demy of Darnestown, Montgomery county, Maryland.

No. 62. An act to incorporate the Trustess of the Metho-
dist Protestant Sunday School of Chestertown, and to autho-
rize them to hold real and personal estate.

No. 63. An act to amend the fifteenth Article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitle Montgomery county, relating
to the powers of the Commissioners of the town of Rockville.

No. 64. An act to repeal the following sections of Article
thirty of the Code of Public General Laws, title, "Crimes
and Punishments," to wit: Sections sixty-nine, seventy, sev-
enty-one and seventy-two, sub-title "Importing Convicts or
Slaves," sections seventy-five and seventy-seven, sub-title,
"Incendiary and obscene publications," sections ninety-four,
ninety-five, ninety-six and ninety-seven, sub-title. "Kidnap-
ping," section one hundred and twenty-eight, sub-title "Mar-
rying unlawfully," sections one hundred and forty-six, one
hundred and forty-seven, one hundred and forty-eight, one
hundred and forty-nine and one hundred and fifty, sub-title,
'negroes," sections one hundred fifty-three and one hundred
and fifty-four, sub-title "passes to negroes," section one hun-
dred and sixty-eight, sub-title "Religious Meetings," sec-
tions one hundred and seventy-four, one hundred and seventy-
five and one hundred and seventy-six, and one-hundred and
seventy-seven, sub-title, "Runaways."

No. 65. An act to add a new section to Article eight, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the powers of the
President and Commissioners of the Village of Port Deposit.

No. 66. An act to require Drovers passing through Kent
county to have their cattle marked, and to authorize the sale
of cattle unmarked, that may be found in droves.
