Mr. Mackall, from the committee on the library, submit-
ted the following report :

Which was read and adopted.

On motion by Mr. Earle,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Earle, Vickers and Jump, to
report a bill to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal Church
in Queen Ann's county, known at Ebenezer Church.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the following
bills :

A bill entitled, an Act to ratify the proceedings of the
county commissioners of Allegany county, directing William
Welsh, trustee of John Callan, late collector, deceased, to
sell land for delinquent taxes.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 6 of article 35 of
the code of Public General Laws relating to the attendance of
judges of elections, and sections 9 of said arbicle prescribing
the oath of judges of election, and section 12 of said article
prescribing notice of elections to be given by the sheriffs of the
several counties and to enact a substitute for each of said sec-
tions;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, a supplement to the act passed at January
session, 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate a company to
build a turnpike road from Liberty town in Frederick county
to intersect the Woodsboro and Frederick turnpike road at or
near the Monocacy bridge;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to revise and amend the act of incor-
poration of Mechanicstown in Frederick county, Maryland,
passed December session 1831, chapter 111, with the several
supplements thereto;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sub section 5 of chapter
194 of Laws of Maryland, passed January session 1865, en-
titled an Act to repeal and re-enact sections 5, 26 and 27 of
an Act passed January session 1864, chapter 346 entitled, an
Act to amend article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, re-
lating to the leasing of the State Tobacco warehouses and the
inspection of tobacco, and to re-enact the same; also to repeal
sections 9,11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of
