nex additional sections to come in after section 50 of said act;

tee on Judicial Proceedings.
And returned the bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum
of money for services rendered the State by Luther H. Gadd,
in the adjustment and payment of claims for bounty to vol-
unteers, under the acts for 1864, providing for the payment of
bounty to volunteers;
Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
Mr. Bowie, from the Committee on Federal Relations, re-
ported favorably House resolution in relation to the Paris Ex-
hibition:

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to extend the
provisions of the Act of January session 1865, for the relief of
certain parties for payment therein mentioned;
Reported it without amendment.
The bill was then read the second time.
Mr. Mackall, from the Select Committee, reported a bill en-
titled, an Act to repeal the 4, 7, 15, 16, 20, 26, 213 and 222
sections of the 4th article of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the city of Baltimore, and to the election of Mayor
and members of the City Council of said city, their terms of
office respectively, the time of entering upon the duties of
their offices respectively, and to amend and to re-enact said
sections, and to repeal an Act passed at January session 1867,
"entitled an Act to repeal section 227 of article 4 of the Code
of Public L jcal Laws relating to elections in the city of Bal-
timore," and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to
amend and re-enact said section 227;
Which was read the first time.
The bill entitled, an Act to amend article 21st of the Code
of Public Local Laws entitled, Washington county by amend-
ing and re-enacting certain sections and adding thereto fur-
ther sections;
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
