six hundred dollars, for extra services rendered in
the office of the Comptroller in the years eighteen
hundred and sixty-five and eighteen hundred and
sixty-six; and to Daniel M. Moore, or order, the
sum of three hundred dollars for extra services in
the office of the Comptroller in the year eighteen
hundred and sixty-five. To J. Frank Kramer
the sum of three hundred dollars, for services to
Comptroller for copy of muster-rolls, &c.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
CHAPTER 409.

ln force.

AN ACT entitled, "An Act to incorporate the
Trustees of the Parkton Presbyterian Church
in Baltimore county, and take and receive a be-
quest made by Margaret Parke, deceased.

22,1867.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That R. G. Mackey, George Little,
James T. Price, James Rampley, Morris Fred-
erick, Pleasant Hunter, D. W. Cameron, and An-
drew B. Cross of Baltimore county and their suc-
cessors, be and they are hereby incorporated a body
politic and corporate, by the name and style of the
"Trustees of the Parkton Presbyterian Church,"
and by that name shall have power to have per-
petual succession, to have, hold, enjoy, and be
seized of real and personal estate, to sue and be
sued, plead and be impleaded in any Court of law
or equity, to make and have a common seal, and
the same to alter at pleasure, and to do all other
acts not inconsistent with the laws of this State or
the Constitution and laws of the United States, as
bodies corporate may of right do.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Corpo-
ration shall have power to make and ordain such
by-laws and rules for the perpetuation of their
succession and for the government and manage-
