ment of the secular affairs of the said Church and
the property thereof as may to them seem just and
right, and such by-laws when duly made by a
majority of the said Trustees, if not inconsistent
with the laws of the State or United States, shall
have the same force and effect as if they were a
part of tills Act.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all lands and ten-
ements with the appurtenances, and all personal
property, fixtures and furniture now held by the
Trustees of said church shall, from and after the
passage of this Act, be vested in the body corpo-
rate, hereby created, and their successors forever,
and the said Trustees are hereby authorized to
take and receive from the executor of Margaret
Park, late of Baltimore county, deceased, the sum
of two hundred dollars bequeathed in the will of
said Margaret Park to said church.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after the date of its passage,
and that the Legislature reserves to itself the right
to alter or amend this Act at pleasure.

Public General Laws entitled, State Reporter
and the several sections thereof, and re-enacting
said Article and sections with amendments.

SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Article eighty of the Code of
Public General Laws entitled, "State Reporter,"
and sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of said Article be
and the same are hereby repealed and re enacted
with amendments in the following terms :
