AN ACT to continue in force an Act entitled an
Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of
Justices of the Peace, passed January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter sev-
enty-nine. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assern-
bly of Maryland, That the Act of January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, (1865,)
chapter nineteen, entitled "an Act to regulate and
make uniform the fees of Justices of the Peace,
and which will expire on the first day of April,
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven be, and the
same is hereby, continued in force until the first
day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine. |
