James McDonald, Isaac Hartman, William Ken-
edy, T. Parkin Scott, Thomas O. Jenkins, Charles
M. Dougherty, C. Oliver O'Donnell, John T.
Mathias, Alfred Jenkins, William M. Merrick,
Francis Neale, Joseph W. Jenkins, T. Robert
Jenkins and George McGlone and such other per-
sons is may hereafter join them according to the
terms and conditions of this charter and the by-
laws to be made under its provisions, be and they
are hereby made and constituted a body corporate
by the name and style of "Saint Mary's Industrial
School for Boys of the city of Baltimore" for the
objects and with the powers and authority set
forth in the original Act of incorporation herein-
before referred to, and particularly to receive in
charge orphan and other destitute boys, and to
bind out such children until they attain the age of
twenty-one years.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said corpo-
ration may possess and hold property not exceed-
ing in value two hundred thousand dollars, and
not yielding an annual income, exceeding twelve
thousand dollars.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the Mayor of
the city of Baltimore and the Presidents of the
First and Second Branches of the City Council of
Baltimore shall, ex-officio, be members of the said
corporation and Board of Managers.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That all the property
of said corporation be and is hereby exempt from
all taxation.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted. That this Act may
at any time be altered or repealed by the General
Assembly of Maryland, and that it take effect from
its passage.
